Molly Landreth (b.1978) is based in Seattle, WA, USA. Landreth is a photographer and producer who explores ideas of gender, community and subculture through intimate large format photography and multi-media video collaboration. Her ongoing series "Embodiment: A Portrait of Queer Life in America" (aka Queer America, Queer Brighton, Queer Munich, etc), has gained international acclaim and is currently exhibiting and expanding in scope internationally. She is the recipient of the Robert Gerard Memorial Fellowship, 4Culture's Individual Artist Award, The Kodak Film Grant and funding from the German consulate in Munich. She is actively seeking opportunities, grants and commissions to create a portrait of queer life in your town.
