Contact Regarding Availability

The supreme austerity of geologic silhouettes, casually backlit by sunset or borealis, is probably just boring to the passers-by in Denver, say, or Zurich. The tepid desensitization to initially spectacular phenomena is fickle and relentless; today’s blizzard is tomorrow bane. Las Vegas afterglow becomes a neon atmosphere in itself; only the polar districts of our planet remain truly untouched. With a language rooted in this fluorescent urban sprawl, how does one describe immense natural splendor without beginning the process of imagistically destroying it?
