Glacial Observations is a video series, recording fictional abstracted landscapes. By using ephemeral materials, time and motion are subtly emphasized. The compositions are inspired by Frederic E Church’s paintings of the icebergs in the mid 1800’s, but the videos offer the opportunity to represent a series of moments and the constant state of flux of existence.
