Contact Regarding Availability

Growing up in the Kansas City area, my family and I moved around a lot from one suburb to another. It seemed, we were always following the newest housing development, steadily moving farther away from the center of town, and roaming the city's periphery -- that line where suburban and rural meet.

Living in Brooklyn, I would drive late at night sifting neighborhoods for sights and sounds that reminded me of the changing landscapes of my childhood. What I found were areas in a flux of their own, with infrastructures as impermanent as the ones I recall in Kansas. I later returned to my hometown to take pictures of what I remember and of what it has become.
