.....some situations is a combination of referential elements that collectively form a re-enactment study with the use of a heavily cinematic moment. The inkjet print on the wall is a re-enacted image of the 1950's artistic movement The Situationists, the inkjet print on the floor is a constructed studio portrait of Eileen Grey's Non-conformist Chair and the text graffiti on the window is a re-enactment of Guy Debord's slogan during the Paris student uprisings in 1958. Amalgamated together the installation, which is also performative gives a trajectory of historical artistic revolutionarism and questions the role artistic agency through the historic.
